REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

WE OFFER RETURN ON ART PRINTS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse by emailing joshuajamesldn@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

ORDERS EXEMPT FROM THIS POLICY

Pre-orders, Made to Order and Customer Design orders – Please note that with any products listed as "Pre-Order,"  we do not offer any refunds. Exchanges only. 

 

DAMAGES/ ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and but not guaranteed, as we often have limited quantities. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit provided.

 

RETURNING ITEMS  

We do not cover the cost of returning item(s) to us, unless you are requesting an exchange and a replacement product is available. All exchanges and replacements will be at the discretion of our Customer Services team.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, with the Swing Tag still attached to the item(s), undamaged, with a Returns Form that has been filled out in its entirety and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

 

REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is accepted and approved then it will take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed by us. We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. 

If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at joshuajamesldn@gmail.com.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at joshuajamesldn@gmail.com.
